Office Cleaning
Spring Cleaning
Deluxe after builders cleans
Office Cleaning:
We charge from £18 per hour, and this is paid in a monthly last day of calendar. We will send you an invoice every month before you make a payment so that you know what you’re paying and how much.
Spring Cleaning:
For one-off cleans we charge £23 per hour and you would need a minimum of 2 hours. If we are supplying the chemicals the charge is £23.00 per hour . Standard end of tenancy cleaning £23 per hour, per cleaning operative, £23.00 per hour if we are supplying products, vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop.
For Deluxe end of Tenancy cleaning services, we can supply all of our own equipment for bathrooms, kitchens (please note: carpet cleaning is not included in our prices and is charged separately).
Standard after builders cleaning services: £23 per hour per cleaning operative, if we are supplying the products £23.00 per hour.
Deluxe after builders cleans:
We will charge you £23 and we supply our own equipment.
Our Agreement terms & conditions
We will send you an itemized invoice for all work that we do for you before last day of each month or after your work completion, if it is short term cleaning or for ad-hoc emergency cleaning.
Cancellations need to be put in writing and sent to the office, we will then respond to say we have received your cancellation letter and that you’re giving us 4 weeks’ notice to cancel. The contract will then terminate.
Once you have cancelled, you cannot directly re-employ any of our cleaners who have worked for you for a period of 12 months.
